Returns and Exchanges

Ru wants you to love your purchases. If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange within 3 days of purchase or within 3 days after receiving the product provided that the item is unwashed and unworn with the label and the safety seals intact. All returned items must have the tags attached and in original condition without any damages. 

All COD item returns must be informed then and there when you receive them to 0773736349.
All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include a duly completed delivery note or returns form.

Return and Exchange Processing

We only accept returns only in the unfortunate cases of products having any defects or should you need to a size change of your item. In cases of sizes not being fit, we don’t offer refunds but offer exchanges for the same. Call us on the above mentioned number and we will process the size exchange. 

We will be sending a new item to you and you may return the old item to the same currier person when you get the new item. Please note that the delivery charges to your location for the exchange will have to bear by you and we only allow one exchange occurrence. 

Exchange processing may take up to 3 working days.


Refunds / Store Credits

Please note that size exchanges are subject to size availability at our store and in the event the required exchange size is unavailable, we will be happy offer you credit voucher for a future purchase. If your credits are approved, you will receive an e mail with the voucher code within a certain amount of days.
